Client Partnership
We accept assignments only as an exclusive partner and we work on a retained basis. Our company clients are our only clients and we never charge or accept fees from candidates.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in order to protect our clients and potential candidates. We are bound by an obligation to observe the strictest discretion externally and we handle our relationships with both clients and candidates with the highest degree of diligence and care. Once the client has hired the candidate, we are precluded from contacting the candidate regarding alternative employment opportunities.
